Brasserie on the Corner’s wine bar boasts an extensive wine list, listing over 40 wines from boutique vineyards across France, Spain, Chile and New Zealand.
Upon entering the restaurant and wine bar, guests are greeted with a trio of warm red brick arches and spacious dining areas along with romantic nooks. The restaurant features all the elements of an authentic bistro, from a cozy, unpretentious atmosphere to delicious fare at a modest price and will transport guests to an oasis of calm from the hustle and bustle of busy city life.
Heading up the kitchen is Head Chef Joe Flaherty formerly of Kirwan’s Lane, Ard Bia, Nimmo's and Vina Mara in Galway city. Originally from Renvyle in Connemara, Joe commenced his training under the direction of Renvyle House Hotel’s renowned Chef Tim O’Sullivan. Joe holds a philosophy on food that it should be “simply tasty, great quality food created with the best in locally sourced ingredients”.
