The Eastside Arts Festival is a new community-led celebration of Galway City East on 3rd & 4th October. The festival aims to foster inclusion, accessibility and sustainability, creating a space where different cultures can connect through the arts.
Funded by Galway City Council’s Creative Ireland Programme, the festival embraces the themes of ‘Home’, ‘Colours’, ‘Listening’, and ‘Movement’ to highlight the rich diversity and unity of Eastside communities, particularly in Ballybane and Doughiska. The festival aims to foster inclusion, accessibility, and sustainability, creating a space where different cultures and generations can connect through the arts.
