Greens & Co. serves innovative plant based dining that’s made from locally sourced ingredients, and dishes on the opening menu include ‘Veuben’ Sandwich, Tofu Fish Fingers, Mac n’ Cheese and the Big Vegan Breakfast.
Greens & Co. team saw there was something Galway needed, and together with the kitchen team plan to use seasonal vegetables and local produce to create sustainably sourced plant based food.
The team aims to transform the way people see plant based food in order to appeal to all individuals looking to eat meals that are more sustainable and better for their health.
Each month the team runs plant based, zero waste and minimalist events. The events range from fermentation 101, yoga and brunch, Mother's Day bouquet making as well as coffee and wine tasting as part of their ‘Meet the Supplier’ range.
