Petersburg Outdoor Education Centre is an old landlord estate, boasting accommodation for up to 60 people, with a mixture of accommodation styles including dormitories and small rooms. It is located on Lough Mask in Clonburn, County Galway.

The centre operates under County Galway VEC, and since 1988 has developed many exciting outdoor adventure sports activities and challenging expeditions for all age groups. They offer a range of activities, including windsurfing, sailing, orienteering, rock climbing, kayaking, canoeing, caving, hill walking, obstacle course and gorge walking.

Petersburg is ideally located for field studies and is used as a base by many geology groups.
