Pure Skill is the first indoor sports and leisure complex of its kind in the world. Offering a huge variety of sports, Pure Skill is located on the outskirts of Galway city in Knocknacarra.

Pure Skill - Fusion of Sport - spans over 25,000 square feet with this huge arena divided into two main sections, the Pure Skill Circuit and the Pure Skill Interactive Sports room on Astroturf surfaces.

Choose from a selection of ten sports, including Gaelic football, soccer, hurling, rugby, tennis, cricket, baseball, basketball, golf putting and golf chipping - in the Pure Skill Circuits area.

Interactive skills include baseball batting, cricket bowling, basketball penalties, 20-metre Gaelic free kick, 20-metre rugby conversion, golf putting, golf pitching, tennis return of serve, hurling shots to targets and soccer penalties. Competitors complete the circuit of all 10 sports with a scorecard marked out of a possible 100 points.

Each visitor receives a personalised scorecard to record scores and aim to improve their skills on the next visit.

Ball collection and distribution is automated and activated via a swipe card. Adding to the ambience of the floodlit facility, which can cater for 80 competitors simeltaneously, is surround sound music.

Group bookings are essential for this weather-independent and non-contact activity.

Open to competitors, aged 10 and above and an ideal outing for families, schools, special needs, corporate groups, sports and social clubs; special occasions and much more.

Comfortable clothing and footwear such as tracksuits, jeans and runners, is recommended. No spikes or heels.
