This Halloween Night, Longford Town becomes the stage for Morrigan’s Revenge, a dramatic spectacle as part of the Dead of Night Festival. Inspired by Celtic mythology, the Procession follows Morrigan, Goddess of War, as she rises from the underworld to avenge Dagda’s death. Over 140 performers—including fire dancers, musicians, stilt walkers, and mythical creatures—bring this immersive story to life.

The procession begins at Connolly Barracks and winds through the town, culminating in a spectacular fire and music finale on Market Square. Expect rhythm, craic, and spraoi as Longford celebrates Samhain in unforgettable style.
