Hidden gem
Visit Listoke Distillery & Gin School in County Louth, a premium interactive gin experience. The perfect place for gin enthusiasts, book in for a class or get your friends together and organise a private party.

Listoke Distillery & Gin School, Drogheda, County Louth, is Ireland's only gin school. Enjoy a warm welcome and indulge in the perfect serve as you are handed a refreshing Listoke 1777 gin and tonic.

Take a guided tour of the distillery and learn about the production, the botanicals, the equipment and the bottling process. Listen to a comprehensive history of the distilling and brewing process at Listoke Distillery.

Head to the schoolroom to choose your blend of botanicals with citrus, spices and floral notes, and distil a personalised gin on a miniature copper pot still. While distillation is in full swing, enjoy some light bites from the wood fired pizza oven, or a spread of local meats and cheeses from the Boyne Valley. Pizza making is available upon request for an additional cost. Once distillation is complete, blend, bottle, cap, seal and label your bespoke bottle of gin.
