Join GNR outdoor cafe on the new Boyne Valley to Lakelands greenway at Kilmainhamwood for a 'Pumpkins in the Pines' adventure! It is a family fun event where you can explore the Christmas tree plantation to find the perfect pumpkin.

You can also pick and mark your ideal Christmas tree for collection later. There's a free pumpkin for all trees sold.

The outdoor cafe is situated beside the 150-year-old railway storehouse. Inside the kids can get creative with workshops facilitated by two local artists Anita Reynolds and Brid Fanning. Kids from 6 to 16 can create a spooky mask or paint a scary pumpkin while you explore the old railway path to beautiful Whitewood Lake and enjoy a hot drink. Free facepainting.
