From July 01 to 03, Edenderry Co. Offaly will host it's annual community festival. Featuring an international busking competition, funfair, art exhibitions, music with local and international bands. A highlight of the festival this year will be the appearance of Comicon characters, during the dedicated children's day, Sunday 03 July, when they will interact with the children for photographs and play.

The grand opening will be the Parade Of Champions in which successful teams and individuals in any activities, whether sport, academic, art, or tiddlywinks will feature. It will be led by the current Miss Ireland who is also a hero of the front line and colleagues from all the services will join her in the parade.
