The food at Jackson's Restaurant in Roscommon Town is modern Irish cuisine, with strong European influences. The seasonal pasta dishes from the evening menu prove very popular, which the lunch menu's pasta with beefstrips in chilli cream is a much loved dish of Jackson's. All of our meat and fish is from within Ireland.

The evening menu is changed on a seasonal basis, incorporating fresh locally obtained ingredients as they come into season, whereby, you can choose from a variety of game, seafood and vegetarian dishes. Seafood lovers are sure to be pleased with the choices on offer.
