The Gourmet Parlour has been at the heart of the Sligo food scene since it was set up over 20 years ago by Annette Burke & Catherine Farrell. Their dedication to using top-quality local produce in their range of delicious, handmade food has made them a firm favourite with the people of Sligo.

Everything is made fresh daily, using organic ingredients where ever possible. A wide selection of sandwiches, savoury pies, quiches, soups and salads make it the perfect place to stock up for a wholesome, nutritious and tasty picnic or packed lunch. A selection of handmade jams and preserves are available in their food shop. Freshly baked breads and scones are made every morning and the tasty daily lunch is available ‘to go’. All this, along with their signature collection of mouth-watering cakes and great coffee, you’re sure to find something to delight your taste buds in the Gourmet Parlour.
