Nook Café & Restaurant in Collooney, County Sligo has been a hugely popular addition to the village. Nook focuses on seasonal, local and Irish produce and was named Georgina Campbell's Newcomer of The Year shortly after it opened.

Nook Café & Restaurant is run by award winning Chef Ethna Reynolds. The menu changes every month to reflect produce that is in season as well as guaranteeing high quality dishes that are made fresh to order. Local butchers and growers are the stars of the menu, with an emphasis on low food miles and best quality.

You will find a fantastic children’s menu with organic options and local meats, and unique house lemonades flavoured by what the local vegetable and fruit growers have in season.
