West Coast Kayaking
More from visitors like you
West Coast Kayaking is the one of the leading providers of kayaking in the North West and runs sea, river and lake kayaking tours and courses from Sligo Town, Rosses Point and Mullaghmore.

West Coast Kayaking is one of the leading providers of sea, river, lake and safety/rescue trips and courses in the Northwest of Ireland and beyond. They have many years of experience in both sea and river kayaking, and this flexibility means they can cater for groups of any sort – from tranquil, easy sea trips on the amazing coastline of Sligo and Donegal to the technical class V rivers of Donegal. They also offer Canoeing Ireland certified courses and assessments as well as the full range of river safety and rescue (RSR) and REC wilderness first aid courses.

It is a mobile company and operates from different locations depending on the prevailing weather and wind conditions.

West Coast Kayaking aims to use the latest and best fleet of kayaks available – Wilderness Systems Tsunamis for sea and lake trips and Dagger GTX kayaks for the river. Wetsuits, spraydecks, waterproof cags, helmets and approved buoyancy aids are supplied – everything you need for a great and comfortable day on the water.

Overall though it’s all about fun – enjoying your time on the water, whether that’s at the most basic or the highest levels.
