Visit Rossa Pottery, home of Ireland's oldest pottery, under the shadow of the famous Rock of Cashel on the open plaza on Main Street in Cashel, County Tipperary. Established in 1962 by Alan’s father, Ned Walsh, Rossa Pottery still uses those same traditional techniques and methods for making their unique, handmade pottery. Every piece is skilfully crafted by hand using a potter's wheel. Their distinctive glazes are made from old recipes handed down from father to son.
Rossa Pottery, while made traditionally, fits in with every modern lifestyle from indoor and outdoor dining to everyday use at the kitchen table. Fully dishwasher safe, their pottery can also be heated in a conventional oven.
