GOMA are dedicated to innovation, through the collection, and interpretation of modern and contemporary art, through the use of educational initiatives and collaborations. The foundation aims to engage both local and national audiences. Their mission is to foster within society, an awareness, understanding and involvement in the visual arts through policies and programs which are excellent, innovative and inclusive.

GOMA Contemporary’s aim is to encourage interaction between Arts Organisations/groups, artist, programs and projects with the common goal of expanding arts at ground level.
