The Stable Yard Food Hall on George’s Street, Waterford City centre, is based around a network of old city lanes and yards. All of the outlets at The Stable Yard are recognised for using quality, homegrown and locally sourced ingredients.
The Stable Yard Food Hall, Waterford City, began in 2010 with the opening of Carters Chocolate Café, selling chocolates, hot chocolate, and coffee.
This was followed a few years later by the opening of No. 9 Barronstrand Street, a bustling 150 seat café.
The Italian Bakery opened its doors in 2020 offering homemade breads, treats and pizzas, which are all made onsite. They have won a bronze award in the Just Eat Awards.
The Ice Cream Place opened shortly after, serving homemade gelato and has quickly became known as The Little Place of Happiness.
The Stable Yard Deli is the latest to open and offers some of the best produce of the Mediterranean with a full menu.
