Waterford Treasures: Splendour & Scandal at the Bishop's Palace is a reenactor led tour, where guests enjoy the luxurious surroundings of Bishop’s Palace in Waterford City. Join the housekeeper while she tells the secrets and stories the house holds.

Step back in time to the refined world of 18th century Waterford City at Bishop's Palace, a beautifully preserved Georgian townhouse steeped in history and charm. Visitors will discover the scandalous affairs, tantalising love stories and more, that hide beneath the veneer of Georgian perfection.

Learn about misbehaving rakes, scurrilous rumours and murder most foul on this tour of one of Waterford City's most famous townhouses, all while under the watchful eye of the housekeeper, while the Bishop is away.

Guided tours takes place hourly, starting at 10:00am Monday to Saturday and 11:00am on Sunday and Bank Holidays. Bishop's Palace is included on Waterford Treasures Freedom Pass.
