The Dean Crowe Theatre and Arts Centre is located in the ‘left bank’ area of Athlone, minutes away from the town.

The Dean Crowe Theatre and Arts Centre is located just minutes away from the town bridge, Athlone Castle, Sean’s Bar (the oldest pub in Ireland), and the Bastion Gallery. A selection of fine restaurants, B&Bs, and hotels are located within walking distance, too.

The Dean Crowe Theatre’s spacious auditorium has a seating capacity of 460, with 338 parterre/stalls, and 128 balcony seats. Wheelchair spaces are also available.

In addition to theatre performances, the space is also available for use as a corporate venue, offering excellent technical facilities.
