Head chef, Tony Carty, has ensured the bar menu is one of the finest in the South East with a strong emphasis on locally sourced produce.
The sophisticated snug area of the Dry Dock Bar offers guests the facility of an adults only dining space.
After nine o'clock in the evening, the Dry Dock Bar comes alive and offers live entertainment on Friday and Saturday nights during the winter season. During July and August, there is live entertainment five nights a week.
