Journey through the forest in Avondale Forest Park, often called the birthplace of Irish forestry. The largely wooden treetop walk rises gradually through the canopy of trees to a height of 23 metres, with lots of fun adventure points and interesting information points along the way.
The walkway culminates in a spectacular Viewing Tower, 38m above the forest floor with panoramic 360 degree views of the Wicklow Mountains. To complete this exciting experience, visitors have the option to whizz back down the tower via the gigantic 90m spiral slide, the longest in Ireland. The Viewing Tower rises at a gentle angle, making it fully accessible for wheelchair users, families with prams and people of all ages.
