Crafternoon Tea is a Victorian style tea room with an Irish craft shop, located on the main street in the picturesque town of Blessington, County Wicklow.

Crafternoon Tea is an elegant Victorian style tea room. The vision behind Crafternoon Tea was to provide an unhurried atmosphere, for customers to enjoy their tea and a scone, baked daily on site.

Afternoon tea is the central feature, however, there are also breakfast options, healthy lunches and sweet treats.

There is also a craft shop, which is constantly being developed. Hand knit Aran is supplied from County Galway and hand crochet from Blessington itself. Galway, Donegal, Westmeath, Cork and Blessington are all represented in the Irish produced wooden pens, hand knit and crochet clothing, silk scarves, enamels, games and cards.

Delicate décor, fine china and fresh table linens are in abundance. Afternoon tea is served on a three tier china cake stand. For the younger members of the family there is also a Tiddlers Tea, a children’s version of the Afternoon Tea, so no one is left out.

From Crafternoon Tea, it is only a short stroll to Blessington Lakes and the surrounding countryside. Blessington benefits from a rural location, while only a short journey from Dublin.
