Forest Bathing Guide, Cat, from Beneath the Canopy, will guide you through the valley of Glendalough on a gentle 8km hike. Along the way we will stop multiple times to be mindful and connect to and appreciate nature.

We will meet at the free carpark in Laragh (next to Derrybawn Bridge) at 10:00.

This event is donation-based. At the end of the hike, you decide what you pay. All donations go towards the Beneath the Canopy "Fill Your Cup" programme. This programme offers free nature connection events to people who would benefit from nature connection but might not be able to afford it.
