Learn to surf with Irish Surfing Champion John McCarthy's at Lahinch Surf School.

Whether you are an absolute first timer or seasoned professional or just renting a board you can expect to have a wonderful and fun time anytime of the year with Lahinch Surf School. A surf lesson is two hours and includes both land and water instruction. Learn tips on surf safety and ocean awareness to help you master surfing the waves. All year surf equipment is provided. Children (6 to 17 years of age) can join their famous summer surf camps (groms/youth/teens), surfing two hours each day, Monday to Friday. During the summer months of July and August they run surf schools from Lahinch Beach. Adults can choose from a weekend surfing course (three lessons), a package surf weekend or simply a single lesson. There are many courses and weekend packages available.
