The tradition of collecting seaweed dates back centuries, with coastal communities relying on it for food, medicine, and agriculture.

Learn how and when to forage seaweed and how to introduce it into your daily life. Seaweed can be used in your diet, for health and wellness, for medicinal purposes and as a natural fertilizer.

If you would prefer a beach walk, you can join Brendan for a 5km guided walk on nearby Seafield Beach, Quilty.
