The Farmyard is a pre booked activity farm for groups. It promotes a healthy and active way of living though fun farm activities and educational workshops where the primary focus is learning a new skill through our agricultural interactive activities. It is nestled at the foot of Mullaghmor Mountain in the heart of the Burren region.

Darragh, together with his wife Aisling established The Farmyard in County Clare. It is a farm based enterprise which promotes a healthy way of life for adults and children alike. The Farmyard is an interactive farm rooted in a healthy, natural, organic ethos that encourages people to live, work and play the natural way. It is set on a working farm in the heart of the Burren in Corofin, County Clare, an ideal stop off if passing through either Limerick, Galway or Clare just off the Wild Atlantic Way.

The Farmyard is the ideal location to enjoy spending time with your pupils, friends or colleagues. It caters for all different group types including, tourists on the cultural activity programmes, companies on team building days, families on family celebrations, or party room hire, hen weekends, children on school tours or themed events such as the Christmas Experience.

The Farmyard is an educational haven offering people the opportunity to reconnect with nature. Activities include milking a cow, churning butter, farm walks or walks through the Burren, shearing a sheep, brown bread making, Irish dancing or Team challenges such as gathering the sheep, wellie throwing, archery and much more. The Farmyard is equipped with modern state of the art indoor and outdoor facilities. These include tea rooms where lunch options are available once arranged.
