Join Oonagh and share her knowledge and passion of all things wild, guiding Wild Food Walks. Discover many edible types of seaweed, plants, flowers, herbs, berries and fruit. Walks include plant identification, what’s in season, what not to eat, sharing recipes and, of course, tasting the wild bounty. Wild Food Pop up experiences are also created, in unusual venues such as a remodelled old school, a Victorian café, an underground glass house and under a canopy on the beach.
Lunch and suppers are provided from nature and produce from the award winning Burren Food Trail - that can include a wild food cookery demo, creating a fully immersive food experience.
