Irish Travellers are an indigenous ethnic group with a unique culture and heritage. “Creating Connections, Traveller Lives” is a 12-minute immersive Virtual Reality experience exploring Cork Traveller traditions. Produced by Linda Curtin with Cork Traveller Women’s Network. Commissioned by the Traveller Accommodation Unit, Cork City Council, funded by Dormant Accounts.
Venue is not accessible to wheelchair users. Suitable for over 12s only. Viewed through a VR headset sitting in a swivel chair. Viewing not recommended for people with photosensitive conditions or vertigo.
Booking: Limited Capacity. Viewing is in half hour slots and will operate on a first-come-first-served basis.
