Walk out to the end of Dooneen Pier in County Cork and take in lovely views of Sheep's Head Peninsula in West Cork.

Just under 2km from Kilcrohane, Dooneen Pier is a deep water harbour ideal for fishing as there are plentiful supplies of mackerel.

Don't forget to bring your swimming togs and enjoy a relaxing dip in the sheltered waters. Complete the experience by bringing snacks and goodies for a picnic on the pier.
