Michael Hassett has been baking since he was in his early twenties, has always concentrated on sourcing good ingredients for his stunning array of creations, and consequently, his following has grown steadily over the years.

Hassett's Bakery in Carrigaline, County Cork, provides customers with a dine in or takeaway service. There is a wide selection of sandwiches, salads and cakes and delicious breakfasts available from 8am. Good Food Ireland Member.
