Visitors are invited to The Keep at Woodcock Smokery, which is an active smoking facility located in the rural hills close to Castletownshend in County Cork. The smoking facility is taught by Sally Barnes, who has over 40 years experience in smoking locally caught wild fish and creating smoked treats celebrated and enjoyed around the world. The Keep at Woodcock Smokery also offer tasting boards to enjoy in the beautiful countryside. Take a stroll to an ancient ringfort on the top of the hill to view the larder.

Inside the purpose built Keep, you will find an all weather proof and spacious area, accommodating up to 14 people.
