The Saltwater Festival, taking place 4–7 September, celebrates Ireland’s surf culture along the Atlantic coast from Easkey to Rossnowlagh with a weekend of world-class events and live music. Highlights include the WSL Junior Pro in Bundoran, showcasing rising global surf talent, and the European Surf Ski Championships in Easkey.

In Rossnowlagh, Liquid Therapy hosts its inclusive Open Day for surfers with additional needs. Adding to the atmosphere, the music line-up features Gerd Janson, KiNK, Elkka, Black Traffic, Mungo’s HiFi, SHEE, and BBC 6 Music’s Tom Ravenscroft. The festival also offers beach sports, local food, film screenings, and a vibrant celebration of coastal life.
