The Bridge Tavern in Wicklow Town provide breakfast, lunch and dinner served every day with a wide range of drinks available in the Riverside Lounge, bar and snug.

The Riverside Lounge overlooks the Vartry River where it runs into the Irish Sea at Wicklow Harbour. It and can be a lively place to eat and drink especially at weekends. There is a wide range of gins, vodkas, spirits and beers along with a full wine and cocktail menu.

If you prefer a quieter area there is a traditional bar with an open fire which is an inviting space for locals and visitors alike.

Nestled in the heart of Wicklow Town, The Bridge Tavern can be used as a location for family occasions, christenings and other gatherings.

The Bridge Tavern was formally run as an inn by the Halpin family in the 1800s providing accommodation and it was in this very building that Captain Robert Halpin was born in 1836.

Wicklow Harbour was a sea trading port in olden times, where coal, spices and other luxuries reached Ireland. To this day, the harbour is a picturesque port with views of both the Wicklow Mountains and the Black Castle which overlook the bay.
