Burren Fiddle Holidays gives you the perfect chance to include some Irish traditional music in your visit to County Clare.

Take up the fiddle for the first time and find out about the fiddle in the Irish tradition in an introductory class. Classes take up to 2 hours and there are two full-size fiddles (suitable for an adult or older child) available to borrow for the duration. Learn your first tune and record it as a memento to take home with you.

For more involved tuition, there are day, weekend and week-long courses available. Whatever your level, you will pick up some practical techniques and advice on how to achieve your playing goals.

Tuition is given by Laura Ugur. An experienced teacher, Laura has a first-class honours degree in Irish Music and Dance from the University of Limerick. Since she first started playing, she has thought about little else. She is passionate about sharing her love of music with others.
