Shuttle Knit of Crinion Park, Wicklow Town, County Wicklow is a not for profit enterprise producing knitwear ranging from children's handcrafted booties to ladies fashion items and accessories.

Shuttle Knit is located in the Wicklow Travellers’ state of the art training centre ‘CEART’ in Wicklow town. Shuttle Knit was established in 1992 by Wicklow Travellers’ Group Limited (WTGL), a community development organisation. The group is committed to securing human rights for Travellers and responding to the needs of Travellers in County Wicklow. Through WTGL, the need for training, development and employment opportunities for Traveller women in the area was identified.

Visitors are always welcome and can view the knitting in operation and products on display. The woollen handcraft for sale includes beautiful ponchos, hats and scarves. New designs are created each season giving Shuttle Knit a competitive edge. Work is showcased at national craft fairs and retail outlets throughout Ireland and also available on site.
